New users must now be approved by an administrator

Hi everyone!

Lately there has been very little activity on our forums, and frankly the number of spam posts have
greatly outnumbered the number of proper ones.

So for the time being, I have changed the registration method for new
users so that each must be activated by an administrator before they can make a post.

This setting will stay until such a day comes, when we're overwhelmed by legitimate registrations.


Sorry about all the spam you've endured, hopefully, this will be the end of it.
