It’s been a while since our last update, but let’s fix that. First and foremost, Spillprisen was a success! As you remember, we were nominated to 5 awards. Well, we won four of them: Best Audio, Best Visuals, Best Game Design and Best Fun to Everyone. A huge congrats to our friend Machineboy and Milkmaid of the Milky Way, for winning the Best Handheld and Game of the Year awards, and Fugl for Best Tech.

Rain Games AmA at Reddit

Do you have a question in mind about Teslagrad whose answer you’re dying to know? Something about the lore, the origins of the game… or maybe you’re curious about Rain Games and our future projects? Well, although we’re always open to chat with our players anytime, we’ve decided to give you a place to ask all those burning questions to us, directly. Like… in real time.

Next Thursday, May 5, at 13:00 EST (19:00 CET), you will find us in an AmA at Reddit. There will be two of us present: Peter, our CEO, and Olli, our artist. We’ll be delighted to meet you and chat about Teslagrad, World to the West, our studio… Anything that comes up to your mind. We’ll announce the link in our social media channels, so stay tuned. Gifting VR to the people

Virtual reality (VR) is the latest fad in Bergen: The national theater DNS is putting on a stage play that focuses on digital technology in the future, and where VR can take us. DNS invited the rest of Bergen to a panel discussion about VR in games, and over 200 people attended. Central to the debate about VR in games was our CEO Peter. As one of the founding members of Rain, he has a lot of ideas on how you can utilise VR in games.
